As the latest airline alliance to be formed, the Value Alliance is the world's second alliance to consist solely of low cost carriers, carrying passengers to over 160 destinations in the Asia-Pacific region. Value Alliance is the fourth largest alliance in the world, with member airlines hailing from Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, Japan, and Thailand.

Focused on Indian Ocean carriers and routes, the Vanilla Alliance was formed in 2015 by it's 5 member airlines. The Vanilla Alliance is the world's smallest alliance, carrying a mere 2.3 million passengers per year, compared to SkyTeam's 665.4 million passengers per year. Serving all of the 'Vanilla Islands', Vanilla's member airlines travel from Seychelles, Mauritius, Madagascar, the Comoros, Reunion, Mayotte, and the Maldives to 89 different destinations.
