Business class and no entertainment are you kidding?
I’m sorry but paying for business class for a five hour flight and get on and find out there is no screen no entertainment, but they can offer it to you to watch it on your small device. Honestly shame on you for this kind of service in this day and age at these prices.

No underseat storage
This seat is good if you need extra leg room and want to be closer to the front, but has to space to place item under seat in front of you and you will get bumped a lot by passengers walking through.

Great if United didn't do a switch and bait and add a third seat to the row!
I booked this with a Window seat thinking I would have just one neighbor. However, a few hours before the flight a new seat map showed up and suddenly seat 48C becomes available and occupied on this row! If I knew this was going to happen, I might have paid for an Economy Plus seat. Quite frustrating and annoying!! Still nice to have a window seat, but not very nice to the aisle seat (48B) that turned into a middle seat! Just the presence of a third person in the row makes things feel much more cramped.
