UA packs their flights worst that a sardine can!! And the ground crew is very rude!! You are sure to fly the unfriendly skies with them!!
United needs to update the 767-400
United has a great first class but the 767-400 is letting the fleet down. They could do much better. But all in all it’s an okay product for a cross country trip but definitely not international flights.
