I paid for a window seat!
First time on 787 Max 900. 11A is a Horrible seat. 11F has a window which helps out with shoulder room. This should be disclosed when selecting seats on the United App

39A---worst seat on the plane along with 39F---no ability to recline (against bulkhead) and impossible to access power outlet; one would have to be a contortionist. For all the premium pricing for various seats in the plane, this seat should be discounted.
