Easiest Way to Waste $8000 USD

This is the easiest way to squander 8000 dollars, spend it on United Polaris Business Class. Things were off to a bumpy start with the Polaris Lounge, IT WAS FULL! One of the most important things of flying international business class is the lounge! Onboard the experience was no better, we had the rudest flight attendants that I have ever met. Aside from the fact that they were extremely rude and insensitive, they were on their phones whenever I saw them. The Polaris seat is also horrible, nothing like the advertisements. The seat is one of the hardest I have ever slept on in business class and it was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! AVOID UNITED AIRLINES!!!

    Amazing seat overall

I recommend any odd numbered window seat in united polaris for people traveling alone. I sat in 15A on my flight and it was a comfortable seat with 3 windows. I would recommend this seat because it was very cozy. The food was not amazing though

Worst possible experience for a human being.

The seats do not recline, period. No leg room. Seats of passengers in front of you do recline, making it difficult for anyone to even stay seated. Seats are placed in front of lavatories. Not only is sleep deprivation a form of torture in a 12 hour flight, but it’s an especially unsanitary situation during a worldwide pandemic of an airborne virus. These conditions are especially bad for someone with a heart condition like myself. I was told there was no chance of a seat change. I can understand that airlines try to optimize and squeeze in as many people as possible to increase revenue, but it’s an embarrassment for an airline that operates in the US to even have seats like these where humans will be crammed into for 12 hours. The connecting flight was late and this 12 flight was late as well. Great space for secured inanimate objects to be placed in, just not apt for human use. You shouldn’t have to be extremely wealthy to afford upgrades just to be able to sleep in a long international flight.

The 777-300 ER is good plane!

The 777-300 ER relay is the shining star in the United fleet! The seats are amazing and so is the food and service!
