LATAM Airlines Chile, using the codes LA and LAN, is the Chilean carrier of the LATAM Airlines Group, operating from its main hub at Santiago's Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport. It runs an extensive domestic network within Chile, links widely across South America, and reaches North America, Europe, the Caribbean, and the South Pacific on longer routes. Its fleet pairs Airbus narrowbodies such as the A319, A320, and A321 with widebodies including the Boeing 767, 777, and 787 Dreamliner, plus regional De Havilland Dash 8 turboprops. The airline is a member of the Oneworld alliance.

Bad airplane conditions and customer service
My flight with LAN was from GYE to Cancun, Mexico. It was a 6 hour, not a very pleasant flight because of the customer service offered. I was with my best friend. They did not gave us drinks and snacks which I think is essential in each flight. I could find a ticket for a better price and get a better attendance. Another point that I did not like is that I asked help to a flight attendant to help me with my bags and never came to help me. I do not really recommend taking a trip like this with LAN, at least to Cancun. I hope they improve their service and attention to customers!
