Seat pitch sucks. Likely 28” on a321neo
This site says economy is 30”. I fly all the time on many airlines and this pitch is likely 28” or less. This site needs to update that . My knees were hurting even before we left the gate. My back and butt is firmly pressed against the back of the super thin seats with no padding. Also there is no seat recline! The Will not fly TAP Again if other carriers exist. If not I will try to pay more for an exit row but they really can be expensive. Also seat with seems tight ! The a320 family is wider than 737 family and I notice that except not on this plane. This plane is painted in the nostalgic colors of TAP decades ago.
