Really good service even after delays.
My flight with Malaysia Airlines was delayed which was a shame, and information as to the cause and the new schedule were not forthcoming which was frustrating for the passengers. The flight itself however was much more positive, and the staff were keen to help passengers as much as possible, especially those with children. The food options were tasty and drinks and snacks were regularly provided throughout the long-haul flight. The in-flight entertainment options were good with plenty of choice for young children- not always the case with other airlines. I felt that the strong standard of service made up for the delay.
