Ürümqi Airlines (IATA UQ, ICAO CUH) is a Chinese carrier based in Ürümqi, Xinjiang, flying from its main hub at Ürümqi Tianshan (formerly Diwopu) International Airport. Its network is built around domestic services, combining regional routes within Xinjiang to points such as Kashgar, Hotan, Yining, Karamay and Fuyun with trunk flights to major mainland cities including Shanghai, Chengdu, Xi'an, Wuhan and Zhengzhou, plus a limited number of shorter international and regional services. The fleet is centred on the Boeing 737-800, the type shown on our seat maps, alongside a small number of COMAC C909 regional jets. Ürümqi Airlines is a founding member of the U-FLY Alliance.
