    Arrogant fools

    Businessclass seats from the 80‘s. Totally outdated. Shameless product. Lounge crowded slow clean up… Turkish INefficiency…

    Inhumane

    So little space between seat and seat back in front. Should never be allowed. Absolutely hellishly uncomfortable on 10 hour flight. Unable to deploy meal tray fully there is so little space. The top management at the airline should be made to occupy row 53 seats on a long-haul flight. Perhaps then they will appreciate the contempt in which they hold their customers by selling these seats.

    Surprised by the service of the chef

    My Turkish Airlines experience had its pros and cons. On the one hand, I thought the service was quite good. Especially when the chef came out with a well designed menu with numerous choices in food and personally asked us what we wanted. I thought that was actually quite impressive. However, my stay at Istanbul Airport was anything but pleasant. With the Wi-Fi costing 20 USD to simply access, my flight delay was remedied a bit by a free sandwich. Otherwise, there was literally no other service provided the over 100 people stranded. The in-flight entertainment was pretty good with a variety of choices and the overall comfort of the flight was acceptable. I wouldn't mind using Turkish Airlines but my condolences if you find yourself alone at Istanbul Airport.
