    REALLY BAD

    • Seats to close to each other and you cannot seat straight if you are over 1,75m. • The armrest on the outside (isle side) do not open. • Seats do not recline. • Seats do not have headrest like EVERY OTHER airline, and basically 1st class IS what the economy class are on other competitors flights • Seats are basically a thinner pad than usual seats with worn out Velcro • Cold air is cranked on purpose as you get on the plane. (forces you to BUY a blanket) • NO BLANKET offered, unless you pay $10 for one… • NO PILLOW (also offered on ANY LONG FLIGHT from any other competitors.) and doesn’t even offers anything in exchange.

Very tight uncomfortable seat, not PLUS at all

Purchased a plus seat for a Chicago to Bogota flight. The seats were tighter than some regular seats on many airlines. There is no in flight entertainment. This was an overnight flight and was extremely uncomfortable and nearly impossible to get any sleep

    Flying school bus

Poor leg room (like every other seat other than the few business class seats and maybe the exit row seats). All seat on the plane (other than the ones just noted) have the SAME (very limited) leg room. No included meals or even refreshments (not even bottled water or soft drinks). Need phone or tablet to access inflight entertainment. Bare bones service on Avianca … like a flying school bus. Unless you’re quite short, you will be uncomfortable in these seats.

Seats behind the exit row all the way to the back do not recline!

After the overhaul of avianca planes , at least the seats from the emergency exit all the way to the back do not recline and have limited leg room. That’s the case for this plane.

The worst airline in the world

Avianca is bad on all!No service on board, glass of water $1!!!I purchased premium seats but I am still thinking that was a bad joke, didn’t recline or had tvs on a international flight from USA to Brazil!Flight was overbooked and dozens of passengers left behind !!!!

    LAX

Fantastic seat! Very comfy and has excellent recline.

Can't go wrong with this seat, has extra legroom; no under seat stowage during takeoff and landing; traytable in armrest means narrower seat.

Just not a good seat, near the lavatory.

Good seat with some minor issues, no seat reclining in front of you; may have extra legroom; no underseat stowage; traytable in armrest means narrower seat; armrests do not move.
