Actually nice
Last row in plane. Seat actually reclines fully, and there's more legroom than other seats by about 2". Nicely surprised. Older plane though and TV screen is from like the 1980s and just a 7" screen.

Seat 23F is relatively spacious and comfortable. It features two windows, with one between 23F and the seat in front and one slightly behind 23F. My only complaint is that the USB and outlet ports equipped under the seat did not work.

In the extra legroom area, the seat portion on the new seats are way too firm. All else is good.
