  The WORST airline ever!

  I've been flying for over 30 years and this is the WORST experience ever! Their customer service is a complete joke, they will cancel your flight at the last minute and it's a complete hassle reaching their customer service to reschedule. If you want to be treated like the dirt on the bottom of someone's shoe fly with PAL. Otherwise, avoid PAL at all costs. You've been warned!
