UTair is a Russian airline based in the Khanty-Mansi region, operating from primary hubs at Moscow Vnukovo and Surgut, with additional operations across Tyumen and western Siberia. It flies mainly domestic routes throughout Russia alongside a smaller international network reaching a handful of neighboring and nearby countries, and it also maintains a large helicopter division. UTair belongs to no airline alliance.
