Thomson Airways is the world's largest charter carrier, offering full-service flights to millions of passengers each year. Formerly a subsidiary of Brittania Airways, Thomson split into its own company in 2008, their fleet of 59 planes flying to 96 charter destinations with an added emphasis on temperate vacation destinations throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Thomson is a member of the smaller TUI Airlines Alliance, a British-owned leisure operator.
