Syrian Arab Airlines, known as Syrianair and coded RB/SYR, is the national carrier of the Syrian Arab Republic, operating from its main base at Damascus International Airport with a secondary base at Aleppo International Airport. Following the reopening of Damascus to international traffic in early 2025, the airline has rebuilt a network centred on the Levant and the Gulf, including services to destinations such as Sharjah, Dubai, Kuwait City and Jeddah, alongside domestic flights and selected routes further afield in Asia, Africa and Europe. Its passenger fleet is built around Airbus narrowbodies, with the Airbus A320 the type featured on our seat maps, plus widebody and turboprop equipment. Syrianair belongs to no airline alliance.
