SHUT Down!
Bad

Flights < 3 hours are physically tolerable. And I'm only 5'3"
I've had the upgrade seat with the middle one blocked, and I always get an aisle seat. Even so, it is beyond me to do it any longer than 3 hours. I'm not overweight, and I'm only 5'3", but I'm positive the cushions are harder than on other airlines, and the seats are immovable. No reclining. No pocket to hold things on the seat in front of you, either. (How does that save them money?). Everything costs from water to coffee, and you cannot buy a "meal" at any price. Snack boxes are the closest thing, and it's JUST LIKE a Lunchable you'd give your 6-year-old, only it's $10. Wifi is spotty BUT PRICEY. No entertainment is offered by them. My final flight tonight is delayed by 3 hours, and it's over 3 hours long. But I WILL say that the staff on the flight from BOS to MCO 2/19/2026, was pleasant and friendly (EXCEPT for the guy in the cockpit on the speaker who condescended and scolded us repeatedly while we remained on the tarmac as if we were responsible for any delay. (We left on time). Just kept urging us not to take other people's seats, don't take up storage space that others paid for, etc. The passengers started laughing because it was so over the top...But the flight attendants were upbeat and polite. I can't do this airline anymore, beyond short direct hops. (Maybe that was their goal??)

30 C . No bulkhead
The A320 spirit equipment I flew in was the next to the last row, so there was no bulkhead behind the seat. That being said the seat is very uncomfortable, because there’s no padding… I felt like I was sitting on plastic for the entire flight.

How are they allowed to operate?
They seats have been redesigned to have less padding, cupped backrest, Arms do not fully fold up, There is not a window per seat and seats between windows have plastic dividers that stick out into your seating area, no legroom at all, impossible to put your head down in emergency landing, and best of all the emergency exit row now has seats in front of doors where arms do not fold up!!! In emergency exit, everyone must exit by climbing over the seats!!! Including handicapped. Nice to see airlines are permitted to put profits over safety. The FAA is asleep at the wheel!

Service help
We had seats on the aisle and called to see if we could sit together. After a long wait we were told yes for an additional $1 each. Really Spirit is so cheap it had get more money for a simple request....it's bad enough they gouge you on baggage and seats to begin with.

I have only one thing that I liked about Spirit because I have lots of anxiety around flying the non stop flying is awesome but the rest I would rather catch another plain and deal with changing flights I will never fly Spirit again it has been an absolutely horrible experience....
