Southwest Airlines, the Dallas-based United States carrier flying under IATA code WN and ICAO code SWA, operates a point-to-point network rather than traditional hubs, with major bases at Dallas Love Field, Chicago Midway, Denver, Baltimore/Washington, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Houston Hobby, Nashville and Orlando. Window seat is narrower than middle/aisle
Window seat is narrower than middle/aisle by about 2 inches. That with the bulkhead made for an uncomfortable ride even after paying for the premium seat. Southwest does not disclose this when booking.

Extra legroom, Doesn't recline, storage under front seat
Window seat with short armrest on left side, tray table is in front. The extra legroom allows for a small carry on to be placed on the floor in front.

I had a habit of going straight to row 15 when Southwest was open seating regardless if 15 was an exit row or standard seat. I have sat in row 15 in the 2 seat configuration 3 times and have had nobody next to me all 3 times. I woild strongly recommend row 15 especially if it has the 2 seat configuration.

more legroom, less storage
Not a single site that reviews airline seat features ever mentions anything about the under seat storage for the majority of seats. All of the aisle seats have narrower storage, so really large items, like a oversize backpack, that will fit under a middle seat may not fit under an aisle.seat. mine will not fit. It would be helpful to show widths on these things.

Just fine in the back row
Here I was taken in by all the negative gossip about SW - it just isn't warranted. Me: 6' 4", 205 lbs., long legs. Seats were more comfortable than American, Alaska and even Delta. Middle seat is fine, even reclined in the back row. Yeah, it's close the lavatories... but you don't have to go far and you know when they're available. Galley snacks galore. I've flown SW many times in recent years and depending on circumstance will snag a middle seat over even an aisle seat.
