Skywork Airlines

SkyWork Airlines was a Swiss regional carrier based in Belp near Bern, operating from its home base at Bern Airport with a secondary focus at EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg. Its network was entirely short-haul European, combining year-round scheduled links to cities such as Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Vienna and London with seasonal leisure flying to Mediterranean destinations including Palma de Mallorca and Spanish and Italian resorts, plus summer charter work. The fleet was built around turboprops, principally the Fairchild Dornier 328 and later Saab 2000s, with Bombardier Q400s used earlier. SkyWork belonged to no global alliance and ceased all operations on 29 August 2018 after filing for bankruptcy.
