Regent Airways

Regent Airways was a Bangladeshi carrier based in Dhaka, operating from its hub at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport. Formed in 2010 as part of the Habib Group, it flew scheduled domestic routes to cities including Chittagong and Cox's Bazar, alongside international services across Asia and the Middle East to destinations such as Kolkata, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Doha, and Muscat. Its fleet consisted of Boeing 737 jets and De Havilland Dash 8 turboprops. The airline belonged to no alliance. It ceased flight operations in March 2020 amid financial difficulties, and its liquidation was approved in 2023.
