Provincial Airlines

Provincial Airlines (IATA PB, ICAO PVL) is a Canadian regional carrier based in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, with additional operations centered on Halifax, Nova Scotia. It runs scheduled and charter passenger services across Newfoundland and Labrador and into Quebec and other parts of Atlantic Canada, alongside longstanding aerial surveillance and maritime patrol work. The airline operates independently and belongs to no global alliance. Its turboprop fleet is built around the Saab 340 and Saab 340B, the de Havilland Canada DHC-8-100 Dash 8, and the de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter, which are the aircraft types shown on the seat maps here.
