Often delayed
Unfortunately both our outgoing and return flights with Lion Air were delayed. They did however provide free refreshments and the reason for the delay and the newly scheduled flight time were clearly explained. They are unbeatable of price if you are travelling in and around Indonesia, as long as you don’t need to get anywhere is a hurry! There is also no food provided on short flights but the staff will provide water upon request. The planes are well maintained and the crew friendly and attentive. I would definitely fly with them again if I was travelling on a budget.
