Jordan Aviation

Jordan Aviation (IATA R5, ICAO JAV) is a Jordanian carrier based at Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, with additional operations out of Aqaba. Founded in 2000, it works mainly in the charter, ACMI and wet-lease market rather than around a fixed scheduled timetable, flying on behalf of tour operators, other airlines and government or humanitarian contracts. Its missions concentrate on the Middle East, including pilgrimage traffic to Saudi Arabia, along with North and West Africa and parts of Europe. The narrowbody flying you are most likely to encounter is on the Airbus A320. Jordan Aviation is not part of any global airline alliance.
