JetSMART Colombia

JetSMART Colombia is the Colombian arm of the JetSMART low-cost group, operating under the IATA code J6 and ICAO code JEC. Its base is Bogotá's El Dorado International Airport, from which it launched commercial service with a Bogotá–Medellín flight, and it builds a mainly domestic network linking major Colombian cities such as Medellín, Cali, Cartagena, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Santa Marta and San Andrés, complemented by regional links within South America served alongside its sister carriers in Chile, Peru and Argentina. The fleet consists of narrowbody Airbus A320-family jets, principally A320neo aircraft in a single-class layout. The airline is not part of a global alliance.
