Jet Airways (IATA 9W, ICAO JAI) was a full-service Indian carrier that operated from its main hub at Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, with a secondary base in Delhi and a European gateway at Amsterdam Schiphol. It flew domestic routes across India alongside international services reaching the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America. Its fleet mixed the Airbus A320, A330-200 and A330-300, and the larger A340-300 with Boeing 737-700, 737-800, 737-900 and 737 MAX 8 narrowbodies, Boeing 777-300ER widebodies, and ATR 72 turboprops. The airline belonged to no alliance and ceased operations in April 2019.

Feedback on Jet airways service quality
Though you have projected yourself as a full service airline, I do not see that in the quality and quantity of food you are offering, the quality of staff being deployed as service crew has gone down from the past. Off late you have initiated the payment for seat like other extras it does not make sense being projected as a full service flight then ?
