Japan Air Commuter
Japan Air Commuter (IATA JC, ICAO JAC) is a regional carrier based in Japan, centered on Kagoshima Airport with additional operations at Osaka Itami and across the Amami Islands. Part of the Japan Airlines group, it connects Kagoshima and southern Kyushu with the Nansei island chain and other domestic points, concentrating on short regional routes rather than long-haul flying. The types you will see on our seat maps are the De Havilland DHC-8-400 (Dash 8 Q400) and the Saab 340, complemented in service by newer ATR turboprops. The airline holds no global alliance membership of its own.
