Iran Air Tours
Iran Airtour, operating as IATA B9 and ICAO IRB, is an Iranian carrier founded in 1973 as an Iran Air subsidiary and privatised in 2011, with headquarters in Tehran. Mashhad Shahid Hasheminejad serves as its main base, alongside operations at Tehran Mehrabad and Imam Khomeini, Shiraz and Tabriz. The network is largely domestic, linking cities across Iran, with scheduled and charter services to regional Middle Eastern and nearby markets rather than long-haul routes. The narrowbody fleet is built around McDonnell Douglas MD-82 and MD-83 jets, supplemented by Airbus and Boeing types. The airline belongs to no global alliance.
