Great Lakes Aviation

Great Lakes Aviation, also known as Great Lakes Airlines, was a United States regional carrier headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming, that operated from 1981 until it ceased scheduled passenger flights in March 2018. Its main hub was Denver International Airport, supported by secondary bases at Albuquerque, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Las Vegas, and Phoenix, and much of its network connected small communities across the western and central United States, many under federal Essential Air Service contracts. For much of its history it flew as a United Express feeder, and its fleet consisted of turboprop aircraft including the Beechcraft 1900 and 1900D Airliner and the Embraer 120 Brasilia. It was not part of any airline alliance.
