Horrible Seat - paid a lot of money to be very uncomfortable!!

We are flying flight f9 1718 from STL to MCO and was wondering do these seats that I mentioned in the title have a window.
Definitely better seats to sit in, may have limited recline; near the lavatory.
Overall a not a good choice, may have limited recline.
