  So unpredictable. Unfortunately you have no clue if you are going to be in their new or old cabin. It is a huge difference to be in a lay flat bed vs angle flat on a 16 hour trip. You pay in advance not knowing what cabin you will get. The staff is hit and miss on this airline also. I have had some truly amazing FA and some who shouldn't be allowed to serve customers. For a economy business class it will get you from point a to point b but dont set your standards too high. My one flight I received not 1 but 2 set of dirty utensils in business class. We documented it with the FA and wrote to EA and I didnt even get so much as a "were sorry". My plug on 2/6 business class seats has not worked and i was just advised to ask other passengers to use theirs in between their use.
