Danish Air

DAT, also known as Danish Air Transport, is a Danish regional carrier founded in 1989 and flying under the codes DX and DTR, with operating bases at Esbjerg, Billund and Copenhagen and its head office at Vamdrup near Kolding. Its scheduled network is short-haul and Scandinavian, covering domestic Danish links, routes between Denmark and Norway, and domestic flying within Norway, supplemented by charter, ACMI and cargo contracts rather than long-haul service. The fleet is built around ATR 42 and ATR 72 turboprops, with Airbus A320-family jets used on charter work. DAT is not a member of any global airline alliance.
