Daallo Airlines

Daallo Airlines is a Somali-owned carrier founded in 1991, headquartered at the Dubai Airport Free Zone in Al Garhoud and operating from its main base at Mogadishu, with Djibouti and Dubai serving as further focal points. Flying under codes D3 and DAO, it links around nine destinations across the Horn of Africa and the Middle East, including Bosaso, Galkayo, Garowe, Hargeisa, Djibouti, Nairobi, Jeddah and Dubai, all on regional routes rather than long-haul sectors. Its small narrowbody and turboprop fleet has included Airbus A321, Boeing 737 and Dash 8 equipment. Daallo does not belong to a global airline alliance.
