Bearskin Airlines, legally Bearskin Lake Air Service (IATA JV, ICAO BLS), is a Canadian regional carrier headquartered in Thunder Bay, Ontario, operating from bases at Thunder Bay International and Greater Sudbury, with substantial activity through Sioux Lookout, Red Lake and Winnipeg. Its network is short-haul and domestic, linking towns and First Nations communities across northern Ontario and Manitoba, with codeshare and joint-fare connections through sister carrier Perimeter Aviation, also owned by Exchange Income Corporation. Operations centre on Fairchild Swearingen Metroliner turboprops, including SA226 and SA227 variants marketed as Merlin and Expediter, which are the types covered by the seat maps here.
