First time in Premium Economy
Main Cabin overbooked, didn't want to submit a bid to be bumped, and a reasonable price to upgrade. So I did and flew Premium Economy for the first time ever. Therefore, I don't have anything with which to compare it. Also chose an aisle seat on a transcontinental flight for the first time ever. I enjoy watching the view, so up until this time, I chose window seats. But, I realized that for long overnight flights, being on the aisle is more important to me. Even at the reasonable price I paid, I don't think I would do it for all similar flights. At the same time, I would definitely do it once in a while. Yes, absolutely. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The seat itself was comfortable, with plenty of leg room, for my 5'8" / 173 cm 190 lb / 90 kg frame. I think recline was limited due to being in front of the cabin separating wall. Took us a while to figure out where the USB plugs are. Forgot my 3.5 mm cable, so I could not plug my personal headphones in. I think I listened to my own music when I wasn't sleeping, but I recall the IFE offering being quite good.

Good seat but be forewarned
Rows 7-10 get all the foot traffic of everyone boarding

Room for nothing
Terrible seats

Pretty good seat all things considered, no seat reclining in front of you; may have extra legroom; no underseat stowage; traytable in armrest means narrower seat; armrests do not move.
