For a 5 hour flight from CLT to SFO, Business/First Class had no personal tv screen!

Good leg room, narrow
Seat is narrower than others, you can see this as the armrests of 12E and 11E don't line up. Mine had standard arm rest and no tray table. Stewardess faced backwards where 11F should be.

Arm rest is one inch from wall. Pitch of seat leans forward. Right front leg blocked by seat in front, forcing a twisted seating position. Seat doesn't recline due to exit row. This should not be premium economy.
Most uncomfortable seat I've ever had

I loved the flight! It was the best seat ever! Go American!

Awful 10A
Avoid 10A, no window, no recline.

10-a bad. Real bad
This seat is next to a pole so minimal width. Has no window. And limited recline. This seat should never be an upgrade or anything close. I’d rather sit in the back. WTH!!

No window
It's just an ok seat. There don't seem to be a window on 10A, the seat next to 10B. And, row 10 doesn't recline.

flight change
First, this flight was the alternate flight (July 8 2021) because our original flight (AA2535) was suppose to leave San Diego on July 7, 2021 there was not a crew to fly. As a result not only was the flight cancelled but our original seat assignment(9A-9B) was also changed to (16D-16F). We had this trip and tickets for a year, then this occurred , they should not have changed our original seats. we were very disappointed that AA did that!! The seats were just OK for a 3 hour flight, service was great and the aircraft did have an IFE which is a plus, and passed the time away. BEWARE if you have a flight cancellation on AA, your seats, day of travel or time of departure may change. Secondly, we were not notified until 1:00 AM in the morning of the day of travel, our flight was to leave at 6:17 AM!!!!! we were already packed and ready to go to airport!!!!!

I am looking at an American A321 seating chart on the AA.com site. I looks nothing like the seating chart you have posted on your site.

Comfortable
Nice to have the extra leg room and elbow room. No seatback video; have to use own device.

Ample room

Good pitch
Legroom was good. I do not like that entertainment is through your own device; I prefer seatback IFE. Tray table on the small side; not room for both snack and laptop.

Legroom, amenities
I like a little more room. A321 Layout 1 (181 pax) has 97cm/38in pitch. Layout 2 (187 pax) has 92cm/36in pitch. There is no seatback video, no power outlets, no USB outlets.

AA used to be great but ever since the merger with USAir they have truly sucked. The A321S planes need to be decommissioned. It's like the human centipede of planes.
At one point I was Platinum on AA. And I was dedicated to the brand. No more. With no status, I found myself stuck in standard economy which -- back in the day -- was just fine. I'm 5'7" and 170 lbs. Pretty much all AA seats were good with enough room to stretch out (my legs are pretty long) and not feel like a jerk if I wanted to lean my seat back (though I rarely did it). However, not any more. This seat is way too small and I'm not even that big. The width is *TINY*. My butt hurts and we are only 2 hours into the flight (ummm... aren't these planes new as of 2014? I understood it on MD80s that hadn't been upgraded in awhile but these planes are freaking new). Additionally, in order to type on my laptop (a 12", so NOT big) and be able to read the screen I have to tilt the keyboard up against my chest because the guy in front of me tilted his seat back (no -- I won't be an ass and do it to the row behind me... eventually someone is in the last row and can't recline). And I don't know why the FA offered me a drink. There's nowhere to put one... unlike the old MD80s and a number of your older planes. It's freaking ridiculous. Supposedly CEO Doug Parker is to blame for this sort of crap. So Doug turned American into an overpriced JetBlue since the merger. Maybe he was drunk when he worked on the business plan because I know he has had more than one DUI. So AA is now just another human centipede of air travel. Way to suck, American. I'm sure Doug's $19.2 MILLION salary keeps him warm and "comfy" at night. By my estimates, removing 3 rows would give all of the seats forward 3 more desperately needed inches. But, of course, Doug's ridiculous salary has to be paid first. Bye bye Doug. I'm moving to United.

flight to hell
does not recline because of emergency door, 16 inches of leg room here, god forbid an emergency we could not get out in time , couldn't use bathroom for 5 hours on flight to north Carolina from sea-tac armrest stuck in lowered position.....
