    Terrible

It has some metal box in the floor that eats 25% of your space

    Good Seats

Our flight AA2680 out of Pensacola was 6/30/2021. A319 EOW aircraft was great, had IFE, very padded, thick and comfortable seats (9A-9B) MCE. the window view was great. The A319 EOW had not been converted to the Oasis project (which is a joke)and that was a big PLUS. cabin appeared new and very clean, the flight crew were very professional and courteous. we were surprised as other reviews of American A319 were not so good. I would definitely fly this exact aircraft A319 EOW again!

    AWFUL!

I’m 6’0” tall. I’m 56 yo. I’ve never complained about a seat before this one! My legs were so sore after my flight that I hobbled off the plane with a horrible headache that started furing desent into Aruba. Later it was diagnosed as aerosinusitis and ruined half of my 10 day vacation. Been to Aruba five times yet never had these problems. I realize the sinusitis had nothing to do with this seat, but it didn’t help! Seems that the pilot descended too quickly. Anyway, thumb down for my seat on this cramped plane.

Limited Under Seat Storage and seat pitch

This seat was right behind exit row that had some kind of housing protruding into the underseat storage. Also, VERY tight seat.

    OK

This seat was OK. I flew this route from ORD-EGE and I though that it was one of the best small plane domestic experience. This IFE was large and interactive, two snack services (good on a 2.5 hour flight), and I though just fine legroom.

Watch out for the bulkhead. Window positioned weird. Of course there is no leg room.

    Horrible

    Bad alround

The seat was too small, arm rest kept digging in my left side next to window. Great leg room , but when the person in front reclines the seat is barely 24 inches in front of your face. If you are 5'6 or less it is an average seat with horrible pitch. I recommend more comfort. I hate to say it but the average size of people these days is not 5 ft 2 with hips smaller than 17 and a half inches and shoulders the same size. I have broad shoulders average height at 5ft 7and I felt like a sardine I was lucky the person next to me was small. Plus it doesn't help I have anxiety and fear of enclosed spaces. I had to double my medication before the plane took off. Widen the seats and for Christ sakes lengthen the seats give us some comfort.

Recommend this seat over others, this exit row seat has extra legroom; the seat in front does not recline; no under-seat stowage during takeoff and landing.

  • 8D★★★★seatlink

Solid choice, no seat reclining in front of you; may have extra legroom; no underseat stowage; traytable in armrest means narrower seat.

  • 1F★★★★seatlink

Good seat with some minor issues, no seat reclining in front of you; may have extra legroom; no underseat stowage.

This is a good seat to choose, this exit row seat has extra legroom; the seat in front does not recline; no under-seat stowage during takeoff and landing.

  • 13E★★seatlink

If you can, find another seat... does not recline (exit row behind).

  • 27Cseatlink

Definitely better seats to sit in, may have limited recline; near the lavatory.

  • 8B★★★★seatlink

Better than some but not the best, no seat reclining in front of you; may have extra legroom; no underseat stowage; traytable in armrest means narrower seat.
