Time for change
Not much to say about this Q400 seat, it is just like the rest on Alaska's Q400 fleet. And that means not so good. Narrow, limited leg room, just not comfortable at all. Although on my flight SEA/EUG the onboard crew was terrific. Thank goodness it is a short flight, but Alaska needs to retire these birds and switch to the E-175, which Delta flies on this same route. We took that flight from EUG/SEA and worlds difference. Delta will be our go to airline on this route at least until AS starts using the E-175.
OK, but not much extra legroom
Not much extra legroom when compared to my preferred seat on the Q400, which is 2A. Also, overhead storage that aligns with this row is typically not usable due to oxygen/other equipment. This makes it awkward to reach back into row 2 or further to retrieve overhead items when deplaning.
My preferred seat on the Q400
Closest to the front of the plane that also has under seat storage and a usable overhead bin. Better legroom than the CRJ700.
Watch out for this seat maybe, may have limited recline.
Overall a not a good choice, may have limited recline; near the galley.

Horizon Air does not offer video etc

short flights do not require sleeping or reclining elements. SAme goes for video.

none
Good short hop
Quick flight from Seattle to Vancouver - too quick for beverage service! But still great service, and these seats are the best seats on the plane (row 1 and row 2 on the right side of the plane), basically unlimited legroom.

overall good for a middle seat

short haul flights do not offer in flight service other than wi-fi. Service is efficient and pleasant with complimentary beer or wine
Recommend this seat over others, has extra legroom; no under-seat stowage during takeoff and landing; traytable in armrest means narrower seat.
Montana to seattle and back again
the airline gets me where i want to go, usually on time. The booking staff is excellent and professional.
Better than most - has extra legroom; no underseat stowage; traytable in armrest means narrower seat; armrests do not move.
Decent seat but has some issues, may have limited recline.
Not terrible, but not good either, may have limited recline; near the galley.
Could go either way on this seat, has extra legroom; no underseat stowage; traytable in armrest means narrower seat; may be missing an armrest; no under-seat stowage during takeoff and landing.
