Air Tahiti

Air Tahiti (IATA VT, ICAO VTA) is the leading inter-island carrier of French Polynesia, based at Faa'a International Airport in Papeete. Its network reaches around 48 domestic destinations spread across the territory's five archipelagos, connecting the large majority of inhabited islands, plus one international route to Rarotonga in the Cook Islands. The airline operates a turboprop fleet built around the ATR 72-600 and ATR 42-600, with de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft historically serving smaller island airstrips. Air Tahiti is an independent carrier and does not belong to a global airline alliance.
