Air Labrador
Air Labrador (IATA WJ, ICAO LAL), officially Labrador Airways Limited, was a Canadian regional carrier based at Goose Bay Airport in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, with a secondary hub at Lourdes-de-Blanc-Sablon, Quebec. Founded in 1948, it operated scheduled passenger and freight flights to coastal Labrador communities, the Quebec North Shore and northern destinations, plus charter services to remote and off-strip locations using wheels, skis and floats. Its small turboprop fleet centred on the Hawker Beechcraft 1900 Airliner and the De Havilland DHC-6 Twin Otter. The airline belonged to no alliance and ceased operations in June 2017, merging with Innu Mikun Airlines to form Air Borealis.
