Aircalin, or Air Calédonie International (IATA SB, ICAO ACI), is the international carrier of New Caledonia, operating from its base at La Tontouta International Airport near Nouméa. Its network centers on the South Pacific and East Asia, reaching destinations in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Fiji, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna, and French Polynesia. The fleet is built around the Airbus A320 for regional flights and the widebody Airbus A330 for longer sectors, with smaller de Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft covering short island services. Aircalin does not belong to any global airline alliance.
